memcached does not start after upgrading 1.8.1 to 2.0 build because ns-server is unable to start mcccouch ( this happened after upgrading a 2 node cluster where one node was upgrade with rebalancing )

Description

scenario:

1- create two node 1.8.1 cluster
2- upgrade one node via swap rebalance
3- upgrade another existing via rpm -U
4- data migration ( cbupgrade works fine ) but memcached fails to start because mccouch is not listening on 11213

nodes in the cluster:
10.144.64.55
10.249.167.208

Couldn't connect to actual box but logs indicate mccouch is started fine. But for some reason localhost:11213 is not working.

memcached<0.6646.0>: Failed to look up address information for: "localhost:11213"

I want you to manually check that localhost resolves to 127.0.0.1 on this box.

I mean I wanted to ssh to this box and check but couldn't. As I said logs indicate we're starting mccouch listener correctly.

reran the scenario on 3 nw nodes and unable to repro. closing as unable to reproduce
