Description

http://www.couchbase.com/docs/couchbase-manual-2.0/couchbase-sampledata.html has explanation of views on Gamesim sample data set, but not for beer sample set. For the example view outputs, pmaybe a console example and output works better?

The beer section did have a section on the views and their output, but I've expanded this into their own section with a sample of the view and the output.

The problem with the web console output is that it hides much of the data, since the width of the columns of the key and value are too narrow to display anything significant.
