lastly, ideas on solutions...

the cbtransfer/cbrestore tool should have an extra cmd-line flag to rehash the # of vbuckets.

even better, auto-detect somehow # of vbuckets mismatch.

also, documentation is needed on how to run this if # of vbuckets don't match.
