bucket creation silently ignore unknown options over RESTinterface

Description

I sent the following create string and expected the server to give me an 400 back indicating that there is something wrong with the request.

name=default&authType=sasl&bucketType=couchbase&flushEnabled=1&ramQuotaMB=256&replicaNumber=0&fooo=bar

The bucket was successfully created on the server...
