Description

To better help support and our customers understand the behavior of their application interracting with Couchbase, can I request the following stats be added:
-cmd_append
-cmd_prepend
-cmd_incr
-cmd_decr
-cmd_touch
-cmd_gat
-cmd_add
-add failures due to existence of key
-cmd_replace
-replace failures due to nonexistence of key
-"not stored" errors due to object too large (over 20mb)
-"not stored" errors due to object not existing (for append/prepend/incr/decr)
