Description

Customer request for configuring a different data path for each bucket.

Knowing what I do about how ns_server works at the bucket level, is there a workaround that can be applied through Erlang to accomplish this?

Either way, the request still stands to support this officially in the product.

Not aware of workaround. People can always use symlinks. I've heard this days even windows supports them somehow.

One difficultly is that this setting will have to be per-bucket-per-node

Thanks Alk. I provided the symlink suggestion. What I was looking for was something through erlang eval execution that would allow a different path to be configured per-bucket (and have it assumed to be the same across all nodes).
