Description

to reproduce this you can use memcachetest to insert 3 M items and compare sets/sec and cur_item increase per second

This issue was from 2.0 DP4 release. Please take a look at it and close it if you don't see this issue anymore with the current master branch.

Tried "memcachetest -i 1000000 -c 1" in three separate runs, while server is running. In first run, I saw that curr_items was increasing quite steady, and reach 1M shortly after the load finished. However, in second and third runs, all curr_items related stats stopped changing while I could see ep_total_persisted increasing with the load. The below is the final stats at the end of 3 runs. Not sure if this is the same issue as what Farshid reported, but it is for sure an issue. Will dig more.

 curr_items: 1000000
 curr_items_tot: 1000000
 ep_total_new_items: 1000000
 ep_total_persisted: 3044307

On a second thought, stats with 2nd and 3rd runs are correct. Because at any given time, there are in total 1M active and new items. It looks right.
