memory used may not be pulling from the appropriate stat, graph incorrect

Description

After a quick pass through the code, it appears that perhaps the memory used in the servers portion of the UI is pulling from the wrong statistic. I may have misread how the UI is getting populated though.

According to Alk, it's the page cache. I couldn't find that in the code, but he's probably looking at something more accurate.
