Description

Currently, the doc editing UI cannot handle the case when a randomly selected document for display lives on a node that is down.
The UI must be able to withstand node failure.

note there's also similar issue during warmup when all vbuckets are dead.

Hey, Fixed all the outstanding issues on the commit, but I am guessing alks been too busy to review, happy for you to review and I will double check everything / deal with any regressions
