deleting and recreating bucket of same name in 2.0 causes views to "reappear" if bucket has millions of items and there are multiple nodes and couchdb indexing process is indexing

Removed view engine from list.
Don't think view engine is responsible to react to such event.
This is DP3, many changes happened since then everywhere. Upon master database deletion, indexes are shutdown.
