warmup time is nearly 8 times slower in 2.0 compared to 1.7 ( for 10k and 100k items)

Description

key and values are < 64 bytes each
test #1 :
1.7 : warmup for memcached with 10k items takes 0.3 seconds
2.0 : takes 2.7 seconds

test#2:
1.7 : warm up for memcached with 100k items takes 4 seconds

2.0 : takes 26 seconds

this is the results from 2.0.0r-1 build ( developer preivew 2)
i will run them against the latest build and update the ticket

Many changes have made to 2.0 since then the bug was opened including some optimizations for warmup. In order to accurately measure warmup times between 1.7 and 2.0, we also probably need to create and load *somewhat* fragmented data.
 
With 100K item, cbstate suggests that 2.0 finished the warmup less than 2sec. Thanks.
