As an Admin I want to be able to compact a bucket from the Buckets list

Description

We need a "compact" button added to the info area for each bucket (see attached screenshot).

The button should pop up an OK/Cancel dialog to warn the user of the impact of compaction.

The Edit button style won't scale for more text, so you may need to switch both the edit and this new compact button to use the same button styles as the "Views" button above.
