Hitting "enter" through wizard resets wizard

Description

Weird behavior...

-Setup new node
-At the setup wizard in UI, hit "enter" through first 3 screens
-At "notifications" screen, hit "enter" again
-Takes you back to the first page of setup wizard

Looking into it. It seems to only effect Chrome/Safari. In Firefox pressing "enter" on that screen does nothing. Not sure about IE, though. Will check.
