Description

Download and Install PGP Desktop on Windows XP 32bit from the link below.

Install membase server 1.6.5.3
Go through initial setup
Open monitor page, see the error in communication.

On Windows XP, erlang cannot run correctly when PGP is installed, even if all PGP services are stopped. But if PGP is uninstalled, erlang will run correctly.


TCPView reveals that erlang keeps opening and closing a monitoring TCP port 11210, which is used by memcached process.

We don't have similar behavior on Windows 7 32bit when both membase and PGP installed.
