Description

Currently flush_all on membase buckets does "odd" things according to Sean and it should not be used on membase buckets.

Sean, Dustin, what should users be doing instead if they want to clear a existing membase bucket? Please add to the bug, so that Perry can cover it in the ReleaseNotes
