Description

We distribute multiple third party binaries, need to ensure we're including their licenses and our own EULA in the installer along with the package files themselves.

Reassign to Thuan as he's getting the licenses. Once he has them (and Frank has reviewed them), I can integrate back into the build.

I put license of msvs vcredist_x86 in dropbox under northscale_more > product > component_licenses > Membase... in Windows directory.
Need Frank and Steve to review them.
