Description

I chose the default database name on my windows installation, but it created the database as: C:\program

THis cause windows to pop up a warning dialog every time you start windows (at least on win xp) warning about a file named c:\program...

I'm pretty sure I fixed this yesterday. I saw stats on windows systems with the db path correctly set after the config_parser updates.

If it's getting the correct path, but using it incorrectly in the latest builds, please reopen with stats.
