moxi should retry its URL's

Description

If the server that standalone moxi is connecting to goes away (ie: is restarted), standalone moxi exits. It would be nice to be able to pass an argument to moxi to tell it to continue retrying - or maybe even passing it a list of servers to try instead of a single node.
