Description

To allow for the most amount of RAM to be allocated for in-use buckets, it would be helpful to have an option to configure replicas as only disk-based. It would be understood that in the event of a failure, access to disk-based replicas would be slower.

This inspires a test-case for membase 1.6 -- tuning down a server to have zero memory cache available. In effect, that server (which might be a replica) would be a disk-only system.

For more context, the use-case is especially in crappy-hardware environments, like the cloud. Like AWS, where folks might want to spin up a really low-end (low memory) EC2 instance to be a just-in-case replica.
