Tutorial quickstart

I think it worth to add quickstart section in the java tutorial to help people first quickly start the application and then experimenting while reading the rest of the tutorial. I've wrote and Michael merged already README file describing how to do it. Would be nice if some parts of it will be published in the tutorial: https://github.com/couchbaselabs/beersample-java/blob/master/README.markdown

I left an output of the terminal commands, because they will show what people should expect
