Replication cancellation can lead to App jettison

When cancelling a replication, the Couch output a huge error report log, causing a memory warning level 2, and a short time later, the App was jettisoned by the OS.

This does not happen every time. It seems to depend on what stage the replication was at when the cancel request was sent. I will attempt to reproduce the error, and attach the log output.
