Hello,

Membase does not exist anymore, it has been replaced by Couchbase you can find information about this here:
http://www.couchbase.com/membase
http://www.couchbase.com/docs/couchbase-manual-2.0/couchbase-introductio...

You can use Couchbase as cache like memcache, take a look to this:
Generic Page: http://www.couchbase.com/memcached
White Paper : http://info.couchbase.com/memcachedtier.html

About a Windows Zip file, we do not provide this today, you may have to build it from sources:
http://www.couchbase.com/wiki/display/couchbase/Building+Couchbase+from+...
(note that I have not tried this on Windows)

Regards
