We are using the CoucheBase Enterprise Standard machine image on AWS.
How can we approach the Enterprise level support? Should we use our AWS credentials?

If you are a Couchbase enterprise customer then please contact support@couchbase.com and provide you company name and issue that you are having. They will respond to you based on the terms of the support contract you have purchased.
