SERVER_ERROR proxy write to downstream after failover/rebalance

Hello,
Why do i get this message after rebalancing after a auto failover ? I can see 3 servers active and running on admin interface but cant get some keys and get this error message.
It says this is related to cached tcp connections of moxi but killing restarting the moxi processes didnt help either.
What else could cause this ? Thanks
If it's persistent, then it's not clear what could cause it. WIth 1.7, there were some situations that could cause this intermittently, but many of those have been fixed in 1.8
Does the cluster show all nodes as healthy?
