I'm using a memcached bucket on a port and now I can't get/set keys without this error:

[12-Aug-2011 16:23:59] PHP Notice: Memcache::set(): Server 127.0.0.1 (tcp 11214) failed with: SERVER_ERROR proxy write to downstream 192.168.21.132
(0) in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\my.class.php

Why is it doing that? Maybe I need to adjust the config to use 127.0.0.1????

That error describes a situation where Moxi has lost its connection to the server(s) underneath. The most common situation is that the IP address has changed on the underlying system, can you check if that's the case?

By logging into the UI, you should be able to see whether the server is up or not. If it is UP, you should be able to just kill Moxi and it will restart automatically.

I ended up deleting the config files and reconfiguring. And yes, the NAT changed the IP address.

Yes, the changing IP address will break the server. To prevent this, you should be able to follow these instructions: http://www.couchbase.org/forums/thread/issues-dhcp-development-laptop
