Server crash

Hi,
We have a 2 nodes cluster, not too loaded (which we use for development POC). We found out today that one of the nodes is down, and while trying to figure out why we found a core file in the machine (under /opt/couchbase/var/lib/couchbase/).
How can we found more details on this crash / how can we get a support for this issue?
