Server configuration wizard not starting on Mac OS

I am having a problem getting the server configuration wizard to start when I access the web portal. I am using version 1.6.0.1
I have built membase from source on my mac, and started the server by running ns_server/start.sh. When I access the web portal through http://localhost:8091, the page loads, but there is nothing there except a "membase WEB CONSOLE" header. From what I have read, the first time the web portal is accessed, the server configuration wizard is suppose to start, but this is not happening. Is there another way that I can start the wizard to configure the server, or another way to configure?
