Replication without Persistence

Hi,

I'm trying to find out if membase can do replication without persistence.

The documentation seems to say no, but there are various places on the web where people say yes.

Can someone clarify this?

Having just tested this, it doesnt seem possible.

Is there a way of enabling this to happen?
