Hi All,
I have a questionnn:
What's the issue with Rebalance required, some data is not currently replicated!
Any help will be very appreciate.

That message describes that the data has not been fully distributed and/or replicated to the other nodes in the cluster. If you click rebalance (and it completes) that message should go away.
As for the logs, they don't show enough information to understand what's going on.
