I recently uploaded data to a single couchbase instance. Upon adding a second one and intiating a rebalance it fails , why is that?

Hello,

Do you have any error message? log?

It is very hard to answer such generic question without more more information.

Regards
Tug

Hi,

I've seen this happen over and over on my cluster with the following log message:
Rebalance exited with reason {detected_nodes_change,
{ns_node_disco_events,
['ns_1@10.x.xx.xx','ns_1@10.y.yy.yyy'],
['ns_1@10.x.xx.xx']}}

What other logs can I give to be helpful here? I have roughly 500K documents largish documents (10kb each) and 6 fairly complex views that use a total of ~5gb of disk space.
