Read and Administrator logins for Membase Console

We would like to provide different log-in levels for the the Membase console to users throughout the org:
Admins: Monitor + Manage
Users: Monitor only
It would also be nice if the Monitor-only logins could see the full configuration information of the server without being able to edit it. ports, ips, etc.
Preferably the permission security would extend into the CLI / REST API but the console level would be a good first step.
This is definitely planned Jason, it's already in our product backlog and I will get you a bug/improvement ID to track.
