PHP Warning: Couchbase::get() could not decompress value (bad content)

Today one of key on the cluster return such error "PHP Warning: Couchbase::get() could not decompress value (bad content)", when i get this key with telnet, got this(but must return serialized php array):

Before we switch from Memcache library to Couchbase there was no such errors, and also other key(that the same like this one) return values normally.

So i think Couchbase client lib can break data somehow.

Couchbase: v.1.8
OS: CentOS 5.6
