No Buffer space available. Maximum buffer space reached.

Hi
I am getting "No Buffer space available. Maximum buffer space reached" error when i try to insert facebook data into CouchBase. Sometimes i too get "connections refussed" error. Can anyone help me out as soon as possible.

I am completely new to couchbase. I am not getting you. I created CouchBase( bucket type) and i used couchbase-client-1.0.1 jar.
