New install memcached.exe crash every 5 seconds

running WS 2012 in azure and trying to get couchbase up.
I install it, let it do it's thing, tell to use the 2 samples, etc.. then get to the monitoring screen and the server never comes up from being down and it is spamming the event log with the paste below.

Hello,

Have you tried to force the IP address of your Couchbase server configuration using this approach:

It is not clear to me what is the issue, but doing this has solved some problems.

Seems like it can be a tcmalloc issue instead. Might be the same problem as in:

http://www.couchbase.com/issues/browse/MB-6395
