Good day!

I was wondering if there was a way to add a bucket through code, not only manual?
I would require this to make a new bucket for every new user who registers.

Thank you!

Hi Tony,

I know I'm being redundant here as I've posted answers to you in other questions, but wanted to make sure anyone else who stumbled upon this gets the answer...

Currently, the client doesn't support this feature, but it is coming. There are tickets open for various bucket operations:

http://www.couchbase.com/issues/browse/NCBC-62
http://www.couchbase.com/issues/browse/NCBC-63
http://www.couchbase.com/issues/browse/NCBC-65
http://www.couchbase.com/issues/browse/NCBC-67.

Also, please keep in mind that buckets weren't meant to be created per-user. You would generally create a bucket for the same use cases that would lead you to create a MySQL database for example.
