MembaseServer does not work on windows2003sp2 32bit

Hello all,

i have problem in testing Membase Server on windows2003sp2(32bit),i had everything set by default,and in DATA BUCKETS Monitor of web console page there is "Difficulties communicating with the cluster; displaying cached information!" shown.

ERROR LOG as follows:

But with all the same steps,Membase server works well on Windows2003Sp1(32bit) machine.
Please help me.

My Installed version:membase-server-enterprise_x86_1.6.5.3.setup.exe

There seems to be a problem with starting up the memcached process...there should be information earlier in the log before the "Waiting for default" messages.

I'm suspecting permissions or perhaps something else preventing it from starting up. Is there any firewall that would be blocking the process?

I'm having similar problems with 32bit WinXP SP2. Also v1.6.5.3.
I did two installs on different machines. Installed/running as Administrator and firewall disabled.

Telnet to localhost 11211 and type "stats". I get this:
SERVER_ERROR proxy write to downstream

MrSeanX, we don't officially support WinXP. While it may work, it would be good to see if this issue can be resolved by installing on a supported OS (Win2k8/Win7)

Would that be possible?
