Hi,

If there is a Membase node failure, is there any way to send a notification to the system administrator?

Thank you.

Unfortunately not at the moment...this is our own roadmap.

In general, we find that customers would rather integrate this functionality into their own, unified monitoring system so as to not have to manage multiple different alerts.

For now, is there any workaround can get or filter out the error logs in the Membase server?

You'll want to monitor the REST API that will tell you when a node goes down: http://techzone.couchbase.com/wiki/display/membase/Membase+Management+RE...

You can use this to monitor off of, we just don't currently have the feature to send out an alert ourselves.
