Membase filling up hard drive
Fri, 03/04/2011 - 04:48
I have 5 identical servers which I am testing. When i install membase server 1.6.5 32bit version on debian, they work for a litlle while. ther is no time frame but suddenly they create dump files in the following directories until the harddrive is full:
/opt
/var/opt
/etc/opt
If anyone has solved this issue already please let me know how to?
Thanks
Hi there, can you be more specific about the files that are getting generated? Core dumps sound like a major problem that needs to be addressed...
If you could also grab the output of '/opt/membase/bin/ns_server/collect_info <output_file>' from those servers and send it to perry -at- couchbase -dot- com I will take a look.
