Keepalive for enyim-membase client

Our clients are dropping their membase connection because they cannot do keep alive through the firewall as it drops "idle" connections after 45 mins. We tried to create a thread in our service that pings the membase server to keep the connection, but that has not worked. I thought I saw that enyim released a fix to this in a private build to a customer, but I have not seen that fix publicly available.

Can enyim or couchbase provide a client driver fix to this issue?
