The job will continue to run, now ejecting active items as well until memory is below mem_low_wat

Ahh, nvm, I dunno how I got that confused since I knew what it was doing a few weeks ago. Active=not replicated.

Ejection is more about freeing up the RAM that the item may be using while waiting for someone to ask for it. We always get the modified items to disk as fast as possible, so it may be in memory and owing to new modifications, requests for items on disk, or new items we may need to free up some RAM to make room.
