Github tagging of php-ext-couchbase

The github respository for php-ext-couchbase (https://github.com/couchbase/php-ext-couchbase) was never tagged for the 1.1.2 release. We are developing some gentoo overlays to allow gentoo users to install couchbase to their servers, and plan on publishing them. Gentoo portage supports git and overlays with git are cleaner then tarballs, so a tagged git repository will help with this effort. Prior releases up to 1.1.1 have all been tagged, but 1.1.2 never was.
