Forums are moving to the new User Communities Portal
The Couchbase Team is pleased to announce a brand new portal for the Couchbase user community: http://www.couchbase.com/communities
The goal with our new portal is to provide rich technical content – SDKs, docs, blogs, tutorials, etc – and present it in a way that gives a more customized experience for users, given their role and preferred programming language.
For Couchbase Forum users, the portal will introduce a new way of asking and answering questions. The new Question and Answer (Q&A) format is similar to StackOverflow, allowing users to tag, comment, and vote, and making it much easier to find relevant questions and answers. Head over to the Q&A and try it out: http://www.couchbase.com/communities/q-and-a
We have seeded the Q&A app with the most popular questions from the Couchbase Forums. The Couchbase Forums will become read-only starting 06/27/2013. All forum content will stay online, but all new question-and-answer activity will need to happen via the Q&A on the portal. So if you have ongoing questions please either ask them again in the Q&A section or tell us to move them by emailing email@example.com.
