first node of 4 node membase cluster crashed during bucket delete/recreate

while doing maintenance last night we had to delete one of our membase buckets in our 4-node membase cluster running version 1.7.1.

I had to wind up failing that node over before services were restored again.

IS there any known bugs that would cause a node to become unreachable during these kind of operations? I can run a diag and attach logs if necessary
