Failed all 3 nodes

I've create new bucket (with name "log") and after few minutes (not right after creation of bucket) ALL 3 NODES with very important information became "down".
Please, somebody, if you have some time, explain me, what's happened.

I will reboot servers now, because I don't know what can I do else.

To help us analyze your issue could you please follow these steps:
http://www.couchbase.com/wiki/display/couchbase/Working+with+the+Couchba...

Gather all cluster info (OS, size, ...) and run cbcollect.
