What is this vmische.appspot.com? Is Membase installation sending data to this url?
This is used to provide the version updates through the UI. When you setup the cluster initially, you were asked if you wanted to enable this option.
I believe there is some very basic usage information sent as well...the link in the UI describes it just a bit more:
"Enabling software update notifications allows notification in the Membase web console when a new version of Membase Server is available. Configuration information transferred in the update check is anonymous and does not include any stored key-value data."
