I can compile membase (membase server community edition v. 1.6.5) from source, but when I start the server and go to the web admin interface, the setup wizard isn't displayed. The default header and footer is there, but the content in between is missing. Everything else looks normal when the server is started.

I've tried the same process on OS X without problems.

The version I'm building is 1.6.5 community edition.

If I install membase with dpkg everything works as expected.

Any idea why this might happen?

This is usually caused by a build error (missing spocketize usually). Can you do a clean build and check for any missing packages?
