Different between GetWithCas and Get and does retryCount work with both - CasResult Status codes

Hi All,

Does anyone know the difference between GetWithCas and Get other than the GetwithCas returns more data?

We have the following config:

We think that this only works with the GetWithCas call.

Also the CasResult object as a status code returned from it. It seems to always return an integer of 0 even if it fails for us.

Does anyone know what these are and what we should be looking for?
