Detailed Information for REST API

We are in the process to integrate Couchbase 1.8 into our monitoring system. But there seems not enough information from the document. According to the document, there are 3 parameters could be used: zoom, resampleForUI, and haveTStamp to retrieve bucket statistics - 8.2 Operations.

For "resampleForUI - pass 1 if you need 60 samples", it seems indicating that pass 2 would return 120 samples. I tried several different numbers without any effect.

Also, for "haveTStamp" - a very useful parameter for my use, would anybody let me know what format I should use for the time stamp value?
