Creating new buckets with lower case bucket names

I have not been successful in creating new buckets other than "default" bucket. I have gone through the forms and looked for solution, but none worked.

The server seems to create those new buckets(100MB) with dedicated port option and with lower case bucket names, but after a while the server stops responding and Admin web console cannot connect to server.

Any suggestions?

Configuration -

Mac OS X 10.6.8,
Couchbase Developer Preview 3,
File Open Handles ulimit - 100000,
Bucket Names - All lower case
