Does Couchbase serevr 1.8 (community) support Multiple instances on single physical Node on different ports?
If yes please guide me how to setup.

It does not, mostly because it is all designed to use certain well known ports.
What are you trying to do with multiple instances? If you have multiple applications, there is a feature called buckets that allows you to efficiently divide a node for multiple apps. Usually there's no reason to run multiple instances.
